This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are at the age where they are learning how to handle books. They are learning the joys of reading.

I want my students to be able to enjoy reading stories on their own through read-along books with CDs.

Having access to their favorite books and being able to follow along as someone reads to them (CD), will help my students learn to love reading. With books that have CDs, my students will be able to sit in our classroom library area and listen to their favorite stories as they learn to recognize letters and eventually read.
