My Project
I am a teacher in a Chicago Public School located on the West Side of the city. Most of my students come from low-income/high poverty environments. My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, my students come to class full of childhood curiosity for the world around them.
Despite this wide array of challenges and backgrounds, my students strive to be the best learners in their community.
My students need individual headphones for their classroom Listening Station and their test taking throughout the year!!
