My Students

The students in my classroom come from many different backgrounds, living conditions, and income. My school is a Title 9 school and therefore my students have many different needs.

My students are still at a young age and they are still trying to find their footing in middle school.

Any advantage I can give them is needed to help them get comfortable with this new way of learning.

My Project

Since the pandemic started, school age children have been left at home to try and manage learning virtually or in some cases not at all.

Sometimes, silence is not golden.

They are used to hearing noise. It can come from TV's, radios, siblings, games, and parents. So when my students come to school and are expected to be quiet and do their work, this is an impossible job for many of my students. The headphones will provide an alternative for these students and allow others to work in quiet if they choose.
