This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The storage cubes will be placed beside each work table. Having close proximity to materials with color coded bins and labels will foster independence in my kindergarten classroom.
Goals:
Create a classroom environment that encourages autonomy.
Develop organization skills.
Encourage teamwork and turn taking in passing out and collecting materials.
I teach the BEST kids! They are funny, eager to learn, and have the coolest energy. I want to make them feel special by giving them new furniture to place their personal materials. They are incredible tiny humans that light up any room with their smiles and laughter.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
