I work for a special needs program. Many of my students are from low-income families and struggle with hygiene/personal care. Some of my students don't have consistent running water and cannot bathe. Some are in and out of foster homes and are not receiving the love and care that they deserve. They are coming to our nurse's office to freshen up to eliminate body odors so that they are not getting teased by other students. Some students are being outcasted because of their strong offensive odor, which causes difficulty in learning and social anxiety/stress. Please consider helping in any way possible so that I can provide these children with products (toothbrushes, combs, deodorant, lotion, hair ties, body wash wipes, tampons/pads) that are desperately needed.
