This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are capable of all things great when they put their minds to it. I admire their resilience despite the challenges that some may be experiencing. My students experience hardships, leading to uncertain access to housing, food, clothing and hygiene supplies.

I would like to be able to provide students with supplies such as body wash, deodorant, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and other items to stay clean and hygienic.

Any support for the students would be appreciated. They sometimes have a hard time finding the funds to meet these basic needs. Any help to our students is meaningful and makes a great deal of difference.
