it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Welcome to middle school! Some of my students have severe multiple disabilities along with orthopedic impairments so they require a lot of care and assistance throughout the day. My class is on a typical middle school campus, so we have lots of opportunities throughout the day for integrating with peers. We also participate in certain elective classes.
Having a significant disability can make navigating middle school a challenge, to say the least!
Being in middle school also means learning new personal care skills, such as independently brushing teeth and wearing deodorant. Please help me provide my students with hygiene kits so we can directly teach self care skills in the classroom!
