Hygiene Items for Students in Need

My Project

I am requesting feminine hygiene products and deodorant to be donated to our students in need! We run a hygiene closet for 5th and 6th graders who are in need of items to stay clean and feel their best.

In February, we will be doing our growth & development lessons with 5th/6th graders about their bodies changing, menstrual cycles, hygiene, and more.

After this lesson, there is always a huge influx in requests for pads, liners, tampons, and deodorant. I love being able to have enough of these products to provide every student in need.

If students aren't clean and healthy, it is really hard to feel confident about coming to school. Our student council does a hygiene product drive, but not enough of these types of items come in. Being able to add these items in bulk to our hygiene closet will make a huge different in giving back to our students who need it!
