This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school has over 70% of its students bussed onto campus. Because of this students are away from home for up to 12 hours a day. In the case where students are in need of hygiene assistance, we are working to have a supply to aid those students.
We want to provide hygiene essentials for all students.
These include: deodorant, lotion, wipes, hair care, and feminine products. We are also including laundry supplies & storage as we provide a loaner service for PE clothes that requires the clothing to be washed daily.
We want all students to feel safe and supported while they are on campus.
