My Students

My students thirst for knowledge and wisdom, but often lack the basic resources necessary to quench their thirst.Please help us maintain a clean, safe learning environment for all students.

My school is located in Queens, NY, the most culturally and ethnically diverse neighborhood in the world.

The children who enter my classroom, come from all over NYC. As such, they carry with them a wealth of knowledge that contributes to a dynamic classroom. However, many of my students also come from economically disadvantaged homes. Therefore, many times, resources are scarce.

My Project

The cold and flu season is near! Please help my students stay clean and remain healthy through this cold New York winter, by helping to provide cleaning and sanitary products for the classroom and for the children whom I adore, and work with on a daily basis. With your help and generosity, I could help teach my students that proper hygiene and cleanliness are imperative to staving off nasty, contagious germs. In addition, many of my students will also take some of these products home to maintain a clean environment there, too. A child who is healthy, will attend school on a daily basis.
