My Project
These supplies may seem simple, but they have a powerful impact on my students’ ability to feel comfortable, supported, and ready to learn. Paper towels help us keep our space clean and functional every day. Access to feminine hygiene products ensures that no student has to miss class or feel embarrassed because they don’t have what they need. And our community-building supplies allow us to create a classroom culture of connection, trust, and inclusion—something especially important for students who may feel isolated or unseen. When students’ basic needs are met, they can focus more fully on their learning and participate with confidence.
