Hydroponic STEM Project

Please help me provide my students with the tools and resources to design and build hydroponic systems for STEM learning and long-term advancement.

My Project

When I enter our school, I often desire to improve the lives of students through proper nutrition.

As a school that strives to make our students college and career-ready upon graduation, what better way to equip them with employable skills than by curating, planting, and caring for various hydroponic systems available around the school?

As part of our Carbon-Neutral Goals and Sustainability-Centered Curriculum, we are striving to educate students on how to build and maintain a hydroponics system for themselves and the surrounding community.

With classes filled all day with hands-on and visual learners, what better way to teach the plant unit than by implementing a hands-on unit that entails growing and caring for hydroponics and compost systems?

To tend to our hydroponic systems as a STEM project, we need pumps, processors for nutrient assessment, sensors, and adapters.

Every bit will help my students vastly improve our school involvement in climate-change education through the use of STEM, engineering, and technology.
