My Project
A typical day on the volleyball court goes bump, set, and spike. These are the essential skills necessary to compete against other schools. We work hard to compete with other schools, but our student-athletes need to stay hydrated during practice and the game.
I am requesting reusable water bottles so we can practice before we play with the other schools in our district.
Students will be able to get in a lot of practice if they are able to stay hydrated. When students get a lot of repetitions, they experience greater success. They will learn to love the sport of volleyball. This is one of those sports students can play throughout their lives and be active adults.
Our nation has a problem with obesity and many diseases which are due to a lack of activity level in our society.
Help me get these kids active and successful so they go on to lead sports lives. Without your health you have nothing.
