I teach a precious, diverse group of students. I love that my students come to school each day eager to learn new things and challenge themselves. They are dedicated to their schoolwork and making teaching fun!
My school is 91.8% poverty, yet my students come to school every day eager to learn and grow.
I adore teaching my students! My students come from a very mixed background socially, ethnically, and economically. Yet, they mix together as a classroom group beautifully.
My Project
I coach a group of 25-30 runners at our middle school. This is a group of students that, for the most part, have never run before. This year we started from scratch with a walk/run program and just completed our first 5K in May. The students are so excited to continue the club again next year!
Running in South Carolina in the spring is HOT!
My runners need water bottles to stay hydrated before, during, and after our practices and races. Many of my students are from a poverty background and do not have water bottles so this donation will be greatly appreciated.
