This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would like to have snacks for the first week of school. Working in a Title I school, I don't know if a lot of my students get enough to eat at night or on the weekends. I want to make sure that they get plenty to eat while they are with me.

Every child gets a free breakfast.

They don't eat lunch until late. They get hungry between the two meals. I would like to provide them with a healthy snack that they can eat between breakfast and lunch. If their bellies are full, their minds will work better.

Please help me get a variety of snacks to give them the fuel to learn!
