This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my project, I've included a whole lot of snacks for students. Students who are hungry do not learn. As much as I would love to constantly purchase snacks for my students, I just cannot afford to do it alone. Our students should not have to learn on an empty stomach. They should have a safe space to learn; they cannot do so while hungry. I hope to have a full stock of snacks so that students can grab when needed. I am already running low on my supply of snacks and we are only a month in.
