This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an educator, I notice that many of my students start to feel hungry in the middle of the day especially if they have a later lunch. This impacts their ability to learn and focus.

I am hoping to provide non-perishable snacks like crackers, cookies, and chips.

Students can enjoy these during a designated snack time. By providing snacks I am ensuring that all students have access to what they need in order to be successful.
