This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My high school students continue to impress teachers daily with their creativity, determination, diligence, kindness, and work ethic. Many do this while existing in less than adequate-living conditions. Many do not have their basic needs met.
Hunger and self-care remain our priority!
With help from donors like you, we can succeed in the classroom, on the stage, in the art room, on the fields, and in the gymnasium. Most of our students stay after school daily, spending more than 10 - 12 hours per day at school so a snack is needed to keep them learning. Although our school provides lunch, it is simply not enough to keep students healthy and full. Please consider donating to my amazing students!
