HUEY, the Euphonium - How Low Can You Go?

Help me give my students a good quality low brass instrument to play for band.

My Students

I teach at a Title I school in North Dakota. Most of our students come from low socio-economical neighborhoods.

Music touches the soul.

It helps us through our happy times and our sad times. Our students know singing can be done anywhere, any time. We are the music!

We are a small rural school with dedicated teachers and awesome students.

They are so talented and creative! Our school consists of around 120 students in grades Pre-K through eighth grade. Reading, math and science are emphasized. However, music, band, Phys. Ed., art and drama are also taught. We encourage the education of the entire child.

My Project

Barry, the baritone died. It was a sad day when it could no longer be fixed and used. So, the eighth grade baritone player is in need of a new baritone or euphonium. While it is true that only one student this year will benefit, it will be used for many years to come by future low brass players. So please help donate to Huey, the Euphonium so this class and future band members will enjoy a good quality sound.

A baritone and euphonium are very similar.

They have the same fingerings. This particular eighth grader would prefer a Euphonium.
