Our students frequently ask to go to the water fountain to get a drink of water. This causes a lot of missing instructional time. Even after the pandemic, it is difficult to keep the water fountains in the classrooms sanitized.
This environmental saving project will fund a new, reusable water bottle for each of the students in the entire school!
We are talking about ways to save on the environment and having a water bottle that isn't thrown away each day is a great way to model with our students what we are teaching. Many students just don't have a water bottle at their house to bring each day.
This is going to make a huge difference for the students in my building. I am so thankful to have DonorsChoose for the opportunity to help get these materials for all students!
