Help me give my students and teachers the gift of time management. Students that have medication times can be more self sufficient. Being the school nurse, I have to depend on the teachers to remember and remind.

My Project

I am the school nurse at our School. We are merging with another local elementary school. We are anticipating this next school year, and the clinic...to be very busy.

My goal with the watches with alarms, is to help students who have scheduled medication times to become more self-sufficient.

The students and myself depend on the teacher setting an alarm and reminding the student to come to the clinic each day.

Having the vibrating alarm feature will minimize distraction, and remind the student it's time to take mediation. This frees up the teacher to focus more on lessons, and allow less classroom disruption.

Our school will serve many from a low socioeconomic level. This can prevent a fair amount of need in the clinic, and this is one way I would love to help lighten the load.
