Music is important in the lives of our Children. These students attend public middle school in NYC.
Creativity is important for kids this age. Learning to play an instrument builds self-esteem, a sense of community, creative problem-solving skills, self-discipline and patience.
Our developing music program needs enough equipment to give our kids access to music. Our band program needs a tenor saxophone.
