My students need resources for math and reading centers. These centers need to be adaptable to for different learning styles and levels. We need Hot Dots!
First grade is an excited group of students who love to learn and are still excited about the novelty of education. We are deep in becoming fluent readers and fluent mathematicians.
My students come from many walks of life.
We are not a rich school or a poor school. We are an eclectic group of students and teachers. We come from all walks. Some are brought by the military and others have been here forever. But we all have the same goal to make all students learn and succeed.
My Project
My students need resources for math and reading centers. These centers need to be adaptable to for different learning styles and levels. We need Hot Dots! Students move to different centers in both reading and math. While students are engaged in these educational stations the teacher is conducting small group instruction. That's when we fill holes and bridge gaps. My students need resources that are relevant, engaging, and educating. We need hots dots to continue to grow center resources in our classroom.
This project will give all students a chance to practice independently or with a small group.
The faster we get these materials, the better my students will begin to achieve. These Hot Dots will meet every student where they start with what they need.
