Hot Dots

My students need Hot Dots and batteries to use for centers and as early finishers. The Hot Dots are reading and math related.

My Students

My students come in everyday excited to learn reading and math.

My students are from low income families.

Many of the families only have one parent, or the child is raised by other family members. My students love to learn with hands-on activities. They do not have a long attention span and are wigglers. I want the best for my class and want them to love learning as much as I do.

My Project

My students will use the Hot Dots during Reading and Math Centers as well as for early finishers. When my students finish their work right now they can look at books, practice writing their name, practice writing their letters or numbers, or practice tying shoes. This will give them another educational activity to do. I am asking for batteries for the pens, extra pens, interactive storybooks, counting and numbers, pattern and sequencing, colors, shapes, phonics, problem solving, science, reading readiness, word families, and sets for PreK-1st grade to help reach all the ability levels in my class.

This project will help my students be more in charge of their own learning.

The Hot Dots are self correcting, easy to use, and engaging for kindergarteners. My students will love using them during centers and as early finishers.
