My Students

I am the teacher of 21 active little minds. Each day my students keep me on my feet with their diverse personalities. This August we experienced an unexpected tragedy via Hurricane Harvey.

Unfortunately, our school and a large amount of our educational resources were damaged in the storm.

Thankfully, we have been taken in by a neighboring school.

Through it all, my students remain excited about all the possibilities the school year brings each day, and their little smiles and excitement keeps me hopeful for their academic success.

I am truly grateful for the chance to help my students reach their greatest potential through this project.

My Project

My class consists of students at multiple different academic levels.

The tablets will help my students with a variety of pre-primary skills, as well as current skills, that a student needs to excel academically.

I believe that my students can be successful when they are met at their appropriate levels. Being that today's students are technology-driven, I believe the use of tablets will be the best way to reach my students. With the use of tablets my students will be able to work at their own pace without feeling discouraged, but feeling inspired.
