Help me give my students headphones to help them participate in online learning with less distractions and providing a quieter learning environment for all.
My fifth grade students are motivated and curious! Many of the students rely on the school to provide basic school supplies that they need for everyday learning. Having a class set of headphones will help students stay focused when accessing programs and books online.
Each student will be better able to hear exactly what the computer program is asking of them without any distractions from other students programs.
Many students use online programs to help fill in gaps in their learning. It is crucial for their understanding that they are able to focus on what their program is asking of them. For example, we are in need of headphones for our iReady math and reading lessons. Students who use Lexia require headphones. This class set of headphones will also benefit my students who are multilinguistic and on IEP's when listening to their read-to-me books online to support their learning and understanding.
