This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As you know, being an educator is both rewarding and challenging. One of the most challenging aspects of my job is creating a comfortable and engaging learning environment for my students. A rug may seem like a small addition to a classroom, but it can make a significant impact on the learning experience of my students.

A rug provides a central gathering space for group activities, discussions, and lessons.

It also creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that encourages students to feel safe and comfortable in the classroom. Additionally, a rug can help absorb sound and reduce noise levels, making it easier for students to hear and participate in discussions.
