Home Sweet Classroom

My Project

My third-grade classroom is a home from 7:30-3:00, Monday-Friday for my students. This home is where they are safe and loved and learn foundational knowledge for their future. The flexible seating will allow my students to sit comfortably anywhere in the classroom. The mailbox will enable them to learn responsibility because that is where their graded assignments and school notes will be placed each day for them to take home. The cubical shelf will give the students a space to keep their reading and math center work that they will use daily to learn.

Many students in my classroom don't go home to a safe, clean, or loved environment.

This furniture will help me make our classroom a home in which the students deserve to thrive. They will feel comfortable and happy while learning.
