My Project
My students in second grade have a hard time in the middle of the school year with getting things in their correct place. They also find it difficult to keep up with their assignments when content starts getting more challenging.
The materials I'm requesting in this project are to help them achieve their goals of learning with more ease and organization.
When the classroom has the materials needed to be successful, students tend to rely on them and use them wisely.
My students are in a dual language immersion program, and everything is spoken in the target language, in this case, Portuguese. If my students have these materials they can learn faster, and better and actually use the language in and outside of the classroom.
