This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have a classroom full of fun and energetic first graders who love to learn. We use the holidays to bring in fun and educational materials about the holidays that spark a continued love of learning. The reusable bags will provide students a safe place to store their Christmas around the world items as we read and learn about different countries. The bags will then create a memorable keepsake for students to look back on all their creations. The bags will also be used to safely wrap their parent gifts and then parents can use the bag to store other important items.
The crafting materials will help students create beautiful ornaments and gifts for their parents.
The books will help create a fun environment full of holiday cheer. The Valentines bag will allow me to provide all students in class with a bag for their class gifts and cards. The crayons will provide each student with their own box of crayons to create memorable crafts and add color to their writing and class projects.
