I would love to give all of my students a book for a holiday present this year! I know they will be very excited to receive a gift, and it will be an educational one that they can use to practice their fluency! Please help me give my students the gift of reading!
My students are 20 second graders at a Title I school who have been working very hard this year!
They practice phonograms daily to help them with their reading fluency. I am so impressed with the work they have put in and would like to give them an educational gift for Christmas!
My Project
Hello!
I would like to give each of my 20 students a book that they can keep for a Christmas present this year!
I know they would be thrilled to receive one! I have chosen four different titles, all on their grade level, that I know they would love to read. They can read these books at home, with family members, with other students, or by themselves! They can also take AR tests on them at school to help them reach their AR goals next quarter!
I know that my students are very excited for the holidays, and not all of them will receive gifts. I think starting the tradition of giving a child a book for the holidays is another great way to get them excited about reading. It's fun, and it is also important. I want my students to always value reading and their education!
