My Students

Our elementary school sixth graders are sweet and

simple students who are in need of a project based learning experience as entrepreneurs.

We are in person classrooms. We need to experience with a real-world activity. Our community is a Title I school.

My Project

I am requesting soap making supplies. The materials are safe and environmentally friendly. The soap base is one that is easily warmed in a slow cooker and poured into a mold. The color and the scents are chosen to create a Homemade Holiday gift. We will uses the shrink wrap for creating individualized soaps for safe delivery of our product.

These handmade soaps will be used in our project based learning for young entrepreneurs to apply their economics 101 unit of study.

We need your help to begin our journey of citizens engaged in the economy.
