My Project

During the pandemic, students have been under stress. It is time to focus on SEL (Social, Emotional, Learning). The Ho'ike Celebration will allow students to have fun and enjoy a snack.

It's crucial that we address Social Emotional Learning.

This fun activity will allow students to relax and de-stress. Also, they can learn about a traditional Hawaiian Celebration, Ho'ike. The Ho'ike was a time for Hawaiians to play games and have fun.

It's so satisfying to see students relax and have fun. They have been under a lot of stress.
