My Students

I have 15 students that are eager to learn. They love to read, enjoy our flexible seating options, and love to share their knowledge with each other.

Feeling focused & relaxed in a comfortable school setting is desired and deserved.

The ability to concentrate on individual/group work helps our children get the most out of our rigorous curriculum. Lessening the noise of assemblies allows all children to attend the exciting events, yet feel more comfortable and safe while doing so. Bringing down the lunch noise level allows our children to properly nourish themselves and ease digestion.

My Project

I bought three noise reduction earmuffs for my students with special needs to try out. The rest of the class argue over who will be able to use the pair next! They need quiet to be able to focus on their work.

My students want to enjoy school-wide assemblies, but get bothered by the noise.

My students are ravenous by lunchtime, but it's too noisy for some, and they get revved up with anxiety.

My students want to focus on their work, but even whispering is bothersome.

Noise reduction earmuffs are the thing in my students' eyes, and I'd like to provide enough earmuffs so each child can use a pair when they need to de-escalate, better concentrate, and focus on their work.
