Hocus-Pocus, Let's Stay Focused

Help me give my students fidget tools to help them self-regulate during the school day.

My Project

Let's face it, staying focused in school is not always easy. Even though teachers do their best to keep lessons engaging, there are many reasons why students may not be able to focus in class. Thankfully, there are tools for students who have a need for physical activity or a way to keep their mind from wandering during class.

Fidget Bands and Calm Strips will help my students stay focused during instruction.

Fidget bands are elastic bands that connect to the front legs of desks and allow students to move their legs while having resistance to work muscles. Calm strips are made with a textured material that attaches to Chromebooks. Students run their fingers along the Calm Strip to help with anxiety.
