Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are excited to introduce hockey to our community and offer local students the chance to experience this thrilling team sport through physical education! We are seeking children’s hockey sticks and equipment for students ranging from Pre-K to 6th grade.
This equipment will be used in physical education classes to help students learn the fundamentals of hockey, build teamwork, and develop athletic skills.
Many students are unfamiliar with the sport, and this initiative will provide them with the opportunity to experience the excitement of the game. Who knows? The next Dallas Stars player could come from our school! Let’s make this a reality and inspire the next generation of hockey stars!
