Help me give my students to help hit targeted areas for my professional development. I am currently working towards the next goal of my teaching license. The items included hit some of the areas my mentor suggests improvement.

My Project
The items in my list help my professional development by hitting the goals my mentor set for me. During the process to hit the next level of my teaching license, I need to improve areas of family involvement which I will do by creating birthday baskets for the children to help take some of the burden off of families due to being in a community action program. I am including activities to help children calm down when upset which is an area for improvement inside of my classroom. I am also asking for books to help broaden the children’s outlooks.
The iPad will help when it comes to submitting observations, working on lesson plans, parent communication, designing for the classroom, and with my professional development by giving me a resource to communicate and share with my mentor.
The lamination helps keep materials made for the room in better condition for longer as the room gets cleaned daily.
The art materials help my professional development by helping me become more prepared for our visit with ECERS in a few months. This will ensure art area hits the highest score possible.
