The children's eyes lit up as they saw the colorful liquids and droppers waiting for them. As they carefully squeezed the vinegar into the baking soda, they watched with wide eyes and big smiles as their cups began to fizz and bubble over with bright colors. It was the perfect mix of science and magic!\r\n\r\nThis project allowed my students to explore cause and effect, make predictions, and observe real chemical reactions right before their eyes. They loved being able to see their names and having a place to actually store their belongings on their level. \r\nThey have now been provided bins, name tags, a blanket space, and a secure location for their items because of this cubby donation. \r\nOur next steps are getting more donations for outdoor materials and art supplies because of how excited they were over the cubbies.
