My Project

We have a wonderful percussion ensemble at our school. They are very active and very involved in marching band, concert band, solos and ensembles. When we travel though we just have to throw all of our mallets and smaller equipment into milk crates.

Hit Me With Your Best Shot will provide our percussionists with bags and tables needed to store, transport and organize our equipment.

This will save the students and myself a lot of time and also help save our band budget by protecting the equipment and mallets we currently own.

My goal is to keep our percussion ensemble active and growing. They are currently the strongest part of the high school band program. My hope is that this project will continue to inspire them to achieve at high levels while still maintaining the fun and zany nature of these students.
