This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are creative and imaginative, but need to improve their literacy and writing skills. I want to help them with this by implementing an activity at the beginning and end of each new unit. Starting the unit with two questions asking "What do you think you know and what would you like to know?" At the end of the unit, I will create a short essay question that they need to answer, citing the sources they used and using correct grammar.
