This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are very special! They are learning two languages at one time! I teach in a dual immersion classroom. I teach the English component and my partner teaches the Spanish. This bookshelf will help organize and highlight the books that we will be reading and it will excite students to read more.

Each month I plan to display the books that we will be reading for our monthly theme.

This bookshelf will be a beautiful show of books for the students to enjoy! Thank you for your consideration in helping with this project.
