This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every item in this DonorsChoose cart will play a crucial role in fostering a productive, organized, and engaging learning environment for my students. From basic classroom necessities to tools that enhance creativity and technology use, each resource will support both academic success and student well-being.

First, the cleaning cloths, whiteboard cleaning spray, and tissues will help maintain a clean and sanitary learning space.

A clean environment ensures that students can focus without distractions, and regularly maintaining our whiteboards allows for clear instruction.

The stickers serve as motivational rewards, reinforcing positive behavior and academic achievements. Similarly, the snacks provide much-needed energy for students who may come to school hungry, helping them stay focused throughout the day.

Art and creativity are essential in learning, and the kid’s markers, colored pencils, glue, scissors, craft punches, and laminating pouches will be used for hands-on activities, interactive lessons, and long-lasting classroom materials. These supplies help students engage with the curriculum in creative ways while allowing me to prepare durable learning resources.

The binding combs will enable me to create personalized student workbooks, journals, and class books, fostering a sense of ownership in student learning. The multiport charging station ensures that students can keep their devices powered, supporting digital learning and research.

A Galaxy tablet with a case and pen will be used for interactive learning, digital notetaking, and student assessment. Finally, the pencils—a classroom essential—ensure that all students have the necessary tools for writing, drawing, and note-taking.

By providing these supplies, donors will directly contribute to a dynamic, creative, and supportive classroom where students can thrive. Their generosity will help create an environment where learning is engaging, interactive, and accessible to all.
