This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 8th grade middle school students are always very hungry and need to do a lot of work to prepare for high school. We work on goal setting, career exploration and social skills in small groups.

Middle school students are not too excited to challenge themselves, plan for their future or improve their social skills, but with snacks they will do all the above and find joy in their results.

A small snack is such great motivation as well as some nourishment (they are always hungry due to puberty).

Please help me reward this hard work that my students will be doing. We are working hard to grow amazing young men and women who will do wonderful things in the future. Plus this saves me so much money because I would by these on my own for these wonderful kids.
