Good Day Donors, I like to request from you some simple but important supplies that are needed to help with my students' learning for this 2023 - 2024 school year. I teach science in a very diverse urban school on the east coast which consists of over 3100 students with different backgrounds, from cultural to languages/countries.
This summer I attended a wonderful workshop that will help me to better teach my English language learning students.
The training consist of 3 Moment teaching and with this style of teaching, students will need simple materials. To be consistent with the learning I will like to supply my students with composition books in which they can record responses from the 3 Moment lessons. In this composition they will be allowed to use some of the native language, but, move into recording their responses in English. Also we will be needing dry erase markers for them to construct scientific models based on their understanding of scientific phenomenon.
These are just a few simple materials that usually run out by mid-end of the year. So, I am requesting this to have all year long, without supply shortages. Your contributions will be greatly appreciated.
