My students are struggling readers. The only way students can really improve their reading level is by actually reading novels. I want to help provide my students with novels to read in class that are engaging, on their reading level, and high interest. Boring books do not appeal to my students!
Please help me provide engaging, relevant novels so that my students can see characters that not only look like them but also have some of the same struggles.
My school serves a population of students that is more than half low-income. We would love to have new books to help them not only improve their reading levels, but hopefully, we can help them fall in love with reading.
More than half of students from low‑income households
