This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It's Ancient Egypt learning time and one of the lesson that the students learn about is Hieroglyphics and the Rosetta Stone. Students will learn about how the Rosetta Stone was found and how it unlocked the code of Hieroglyphics.
Students will then be able to write their name in Hieroglyphics.
The paper will allow students to get the authentic feel of how the scribe in Ancient Egyptians were able to record history for the Pharaohs, prayers for the priest and the amount of grain for the peasants. The kids will have so much fun!
