This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have been working incredibly hard this past year to do their best and prepare themselves for middle school.
I am part of a huge school with over 120 6th graders.
They have spent all year fundraising selling chocolates to pay for our end of the year activities but we are still falling short.
We want to decorate their graduation space so they can take pictures with their families to remember this milestone. We would also like to purchase graduation gowns for students to wear for pictures.
We would take this opportunity to buy food supplies such as paper plates, cups and tablecloths to decorate the space during graduation as well as serve cake.
