This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We strive to keep our school library collection up-to-date, appealing, and relevant to our students. One of the ways we do this is to look for great new picture books on state reading lists.

We would shout for joy to have the books on the prestigious Texas 2x2 Reading List for 2025 in our school library.

This list is put together each year by the Texas Library Association. They always select wonderful picture books, and the books on this year's list are sure to be a hit with our entire school community.

Your generous donation will ensure that we can keep our students and families excited about reading. Now that is a chant I know we can all get behind. Hurrah! Hurrah!
