My Project

At the RBS, we believe in empowering our students to become leaders, creators, and advocates for change. In line with this vision, our students have embarked on an inspiring journey to create a Women's History Show entirely written, directed, and organized by them!

Our school is located in a Title I community in Harlem, where resources are often limited.

Yet, despite facing challenges, our students have shown remarkable dedication and passion for celebrating the achievements of women throughout history. From pioneering scientists to influential activists, our students are eager to showcase the stories of remarkable women who have shaped our world.

However, to bring this vision to life, we need your support. Your generous donation to this project will enable us to acquire the necessary materials and resources to make our Women's History Show a reality. Here's how your contributions will make a difference:

Costumes and Props: With your support, we can purchase costumes, rolling clothes racks, and props to enhance the authenticity of their performances.

Audiovisual Equipment: From sound systems, a backdrop stand, to lighting equipment, your donation will help us create a professional and immersive experience for our audience.

Educational Resources: We aim not only to entertain, but also to educate our audience about the contributions of women throughout history.

By supporting our students in this endeavor, you are not only investing in their artistic talents but also empowering them to become confident, creative, and compassionate leaders. Together, we can inspire future generations to dream big and break barriers, just like the remarkable women they will portray in our show.
