Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Young girls are getting their period at younger ages then ever before as they navigate elementary school. So students come to school unprepared while on or starting their menstrual cycle in school. The requested feminine care items will help provide 3-5 grade students with the essential period care needs while at school. The request will give pads, tampons, and wipes available to feel empowered as well as confident.
Students have so many other adversities to face in life, the last thing that young students should have to struggle with is having the necessary basic feminine care products while on their period.
Please help me in providing basic, feminine care for the 3-5 grade students in need.
